On the basement floor and three underground levels there are a total of 261 parking spaces. The largest number of parking spaces has an area of 12.5 m2, while for people with disabilities are 18.5 M2.
Fire Protection is provided through internal and external hydrants and sprinkler systems. Ventilation and dehumidification of garages is performed with the help of jet-fan fans and axial roof fans.
Entrance to the garage is provided by Access Control and segmental Rollo doors and ramps. LED lights with motion sensors and panic lamps are used for lighting. Communication from each level takes place by stairs and elevators.
